By George Hairdressing is situated in Aspley Fountian Shopping Centre with free onsite parking.  By George boasts experienced, long standing hairdressing staff, a great range of professional haircare products and Silk oil of Morocco Cosmetics.

Maria George  - Senior Stylist/ Salon owner

Maria is the Owner / operator of By George Hairdressing.  Maria remains as passionate today as she was 43 years ago when she began her hairdressing apprenticeship.  Maria's career has seen her win countless excellence awards as a Stylist, a Manager and an Area Manager.  Maria is well known and respected within the industry.  Maria prides herself on her amazing staff and has always ensured her team received ongoing training to inspire and enhance their creative skills,  giving best possible service to their clients with good old fashioned values.  Maria enjoys serving her clients, working with them to create individual styles suited to their lifestyle and personality utilising latest techniques and quality hair products.  Maria's "lead by example approach" has always inspired her staff to be the best stylists and people the can be.  Maria is very active and generous within  her community and has always promoted local businesses . 

Rose - Senior Stylist

Rose  is charismatic, caring with a contagious laugh and a down to earth approach.   Rose brings  27 years hairdressing experience during which time successfully managed hairdressing salons,  received accolades for her outstanding Hairdressing skills and customer service.  A mother of three, Rose works Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.    Rose is an experienced hairdresser, dependable and understanding making her an awesome role model and mentor to younger stylists. Rose is Maria's younger sister and her guidance and support is treasured by colleagues and clients alike.

Loretta - Salon Manager

Loretta has worked along side Maria for the biggest part of a 23 years.  Loretta loves making people feel good about themselves and believes there is nothing better than when our clients leave feeling beautiful.  Loretta's product knowledge brings strength and confidence.  Loretta will often be your first point of contact at the salon and splits her time between Reception, managing our bookings, helping out behind the chair, general salon task and taking care of Social Media.  Motivated by all areas of the industry Loretta's priority remains client satisfaction and striving to keep the salon running like clockwork.  Loretta is equally motivated by ensuring that those coming into the By George Hairdressing family feell at home and supported.  Loretta is contactable in Salon Tuesday to Saturday or via our Facebook page or email.   

Angela - Apprentice Hairdresser

Angela joined the By George Hairdressing Team over 3 years ago and is constantly working hard to learn and practice her growing range of skills.  Angela is a  talented and truthful hairdresser and is very passionate about her craft.  Angela's gentle nature and attention to detail makes her a vital part of the By George Hairdressing team. 

Charlene  - Senior Stylist

Charlene has been in Hairdressing for 23 years which is more than half her life so it's safe to say Charlene loves this profession.  Charlene is passionate about all aspects about Hairdressing  but has a soft spot for Upstyles.  Charlene's goal is that ever person who sits in her chair will enjoy a personalised and versatile look to make every day a good hair day.  Charlene has a great smile and in infectious giggle along with her attention to detail  Charlene was the perfect addition to the By George Hairdressing Team.  Charlene is a family girl and loves time with her treasured little boy.  You can see Charlene at By George Hairdressing Wednesday through to Saturday.
